This is a quick post, but just passing on a tip…Plum District, a new collective-buying company aimed at moms (think Groupon for family living), has an exclusive deal with Target today.
It’s only a 25 percent savings — $15 for a $20 gift card, well below the site’s usual 50 to 80 percent off — but this isn’t a specialty store or spa visit. It’s Target! Plus, add inthe Illinois sales tax holiday — through Aug. 15, you can skip the 5 percent state sales tax on many school supplies and clothing items — and talk about a steal.
