You don’t have to wait for American Idol’s next season to flex your online voting muscles. The 11th Annual Toy of the Year Awards are underway, and for the first time in the awards’ history, voting is open to the public.

Toy of the Year. Thomas is one of six candidates for the category
honoring a toy property that had success in spreading its brand
throughout the industry.

The winners won’t be announced until Feb. 11, but you can take

Seventy-two toys across 11 categories have been nominated for Toy of the Year, and the Toy Industry Association wants your help in crowning a winner.
