If your family likes PB&J, then they will love this spin on quesadillas!

My daughter was a bit confused at first when I had her place the strawberries and bananas over the peanut butter and then fold into a quesadilla, but she enjoyed every bite! Enjoy this as a healthy start to the day or afternoon snack.

Fruit Quesadillas

Ingredients

2 tortillas

1 Tbsp. peanut butter

1 small banana sliced

½ cup sliced strawberries

Directions

Warm 2 small tortillas in the toaster.

Spread 1 Tbsp. peanut butter on one side of both tortillas.

Fill tortillas with sliced banana and sliced strawberries and then fold.
