You can get Cathy Cassani Adams’ wisdom in blog form, book form, or in real-life form, by signing up for her yoga and Zen Parenting classes at Yoga Shala studio in Elmhurst. And now, for those of you who aspire to be better, calmer, more in-the-moment parents but can’t touch your toes, much less get them behind your head, there’s a new way to benefit from Cathy’s knowledge and gentle coaching.

    Tuesday. The show is also replayed throughout the week. Just look
    at the schedule and click “listen now” (but remember: The station
    is in Portland so the schedule is set in Pacific Time)
