February is all about love and that includes loving yourself. Now that Valentine’s Day has passed, take a few hours (yes, hours) to pamper yourself. You deserve it.
These pampering products have all been tested and approved by the Chicago Parent Staff. We’re sure you’ll love them, too.

Emani Minerals makeup
Effortless beauty is the ultimate luxury, which is why we lovethe natural cosmetics of EmaniMinerals. Eyeshadows and bronzers both come in a brilliant
marbled style, so you don’t have to mess around with creating your
own color blend. We also liked the subtly scented organic lip
shine, which is infused with Vitamin E to moisturize your lips (so
long, chapstick!).
Cuddl Duds
We’re the first to admit that long underwear doesn’tsound luxurious, but the FlexFit line from Cuddl Duds is so cozy and
warm, it sure feels like it. We’d recommend layering the cute
leggings under a favorite skirt, or wearing the shirt with a puffy
vest for a dressed-down look. Plus: they double as great PJs.
Detox mask
Anti-aging and organic? You can’t go wrong with this greenclay-based Phytocell Detox Mask. Because the cream is so sheer, there’s
none of that “my face is plastered in concrete” feeling while you
wait for the mask to work its magic. Made with ingredients like
grape stem cells, algae extract and seaweed, it left skin feeling
smooth and refreshed.
Slippers
These silk slippers from Kumi Kookoon make you feel
like you’ve walked straight into a fancy boutique hotel. The
quilted slippers come in eight colors (we like the cornflower
blue). Plus, they’ve got a durable suede heel, so you can grab the
newspaper with an extra spring in your step – and not care if the
neighbors see.
H2O+
We fell in love with this skin care line during a hotel stay -so much so that we went off in search of it at theirlocal stores (it’s also
available at Ulta, as well as online retailers). The delicate scent
of the Sea Salt Purifying line is clean without being overpowering
and the Hydrating Body Lotion and Body Butter restored some
much-needed moisture to our winterized skin.
Eyemask
Have you ever noticed that characters in movies always seem towear eyemasks, but real-life people rarely do? Channel your innerCameron Diaz with this silk-filled eyemask from Kumi Kookoon. It’s so soft
on your face, you just might forget it’s there at all – at least
until your kids pile on top of you in the morning.
Nail station
If we could get a professional manicure every week, believe us,we would. But until we hit the lottery, we’ll have to contentourselves with this portable nail station from Radapro. It comes with an
adjustable hand/foot rest, polish bottle holder and accessory tray
to keep those cotton balls close. The trashy magazines are on you,
though.
