Nutphree’s Cupcakes offers nut-free treats to Chicagoland families

Families who have a child with nut allergies can visit a new cupcake store that takes nut-free seriously. Nutphree’s Cupcakes opened recently in Mount Prospect and the cupcakes are all 100 percent free of peanuts and tree nuts. Because the owners, Brian and Sonia Walker, have a child with peanut and tree nut allergies, they know what a struggle it is to find a safe cake or cupcake for special events.

Nutphree’s will remain nut-free at all times-with everything from flour to sprinkles checked for potential allergens before being allowed in the bakery. Nutphree’s is located at 259 E. Rand Road. Phone and online orders accepted at (847) 754-4320 or nutphrees.com.
