Are you losing yourself?

My husband and I continue our Zen Parenting series this Sunday (7/25) at Elmhurst Yoga Shala from 6-8 p.m. and we are focusing on new parents (with children ages 0-5…expectant parents, too!).

Are any of these things true?

You are experiencing an identity crisis because life is different than it used to be.

You are losing yourself because your child (or children) demand so much attention.

You are becoming a martyr.

Your significant other doesn’t understand what you are experiencing and you don’t know how to talk about it.

You feel guilty because everyone tells you that you should feel happy but you feel overwhelmed.

You feel out of balance.

You don’t have time to take a shower.

You are exhausted.

Don’t worry, you are not alone…….please join us!
