Jelly Belly truck brings old favorites, new flavors to Chicago candy shop

Forget the ice cream truck. This Sunday, the Jelly Belly RV is rumbling into town. For those with a sweet tooth, or a fascination with [fill-in-the-blank]-mobiles, head to Candyality in Lakeview from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. for the festivities:

  • Taste-test the company’s newest flavors: Peach Bellini, Mojito and Pomegranate Cosmopolitan. If you’re feeling adventurous, the BeanBoozled line of weird and wild flavors, including Skunk Spray and Pencil Shaving.
  • Jelly bean experts (yes, they exist) will be on hand to answer all those burning questions you’ve been storing up for years
  • Get a free “candy pail.” We don’t know what that is, but we’re sure we want it.
