For this New Year’s Eve, Chef Mari Katsumura offers two options including crab or lobster motoyaki with crispy potatoes and caviar, kombu-wrapped smoked trout, chawanmushi with La Belle Farms foie gras, hokkaido uni, concord grape and celery, and house-made desserts including coconut mochi cake and red bean dorayaki.
