Evenflo Majestic and Envision high chairs. Children can fall backwards or fall out of the chair. Detached hardware also poses a choking hazard. The recall targets high chairs sold at Toys‘R’ Us, Babies‘R’ Us, Wal-Mart and Burlington Coat Factory. Contact Evenflo to receive a free repair kit at (800) 233-5921 or www.evenflo.com.

Also, the seat back can detach if not fully snapped in place. The recalled chair converts from a high chair to a toddler booster seat and was sold at Target. Contact Fisher-Price for a free repair kit at (800) 432-5437 or www.service.mattel.com.
SunKids convertible cribs. A young child can slip into this gap and become entrapped or suffocate. Also, the crib’s drop side can fail to fully latch, posing a fall hazard. Contact (888) 268-8139 for more information.
