Healthy cookies that will rock your snack world

My daughter wanted to bake chocolate chip cookies last weekend. Rather than the usual recipe, we mixed it up and added some healthier ingredients such as applesauce, oats, whole wheat flour, and granola. They tasted decadent despite the healthy twist!

We used our math skills measuring, our arm muscles stirring and our taste buds every time we bit into a marshmallow. These heavenly cookies are easy, fun, and delicious!
