“Great moments are born from great opportunity.” So we hear from Herb Brook, coach of the 1980 United States men’s Olympic hockey team, whose improbable win over the Soviet Union inspired the movie, “Miracle.”Josh Sacco’s dad says his son has watched “Miracle,” the story of the U.S. men’s hockey team’s win over the Soviet Union in the 1980 Olympics, nearly 150 times. Nicknamed “Rizzo,” after that team’s captain, Mike Eruzione, this 4-year-old delivers one for the ages. He was invited to give the speech on opening day at Fenway Park, and that clip is also a winner.

David went to the dentist. David got nitrous oxide. David got stoned. David’s dad filmed it. “I have four eyes!” This video caught a lot of flak from some voices in the parent commentary corps, most notably the Chicago Sun Times’ Mary Mitchell. But if you can’t laugh at this, you seriously need to have your parenting-is-a-trip-o-meter recalibrated.
