Pinspiration: Running workouts and recipes found on Pinterest

A few months back, I started running. As the wife of a 2x marathoner, I collapsed under the pressure of his sneakers and we made the plunge with a treadmill. Since then, I’ve found my own way to escape the winter doldrums by jogging a few miles each week to increase my activity level and stay active while we wait for warmer weather.

I’ve put together some great workout ideas along with some recipes that I’ve tried that are really delicious, but also perfect to fuel a runner’s body. I also love perusing Pinterest for new ideas for treadmill exercises and ways to stay fit on “rest” days.
