A few months back, I started running. As the wife of a 2x marathoner, I collapsed under the pressure of his sneakers and we made the plunge with a treadmill. Since then, I’ve found my own way to escape the winter doldrums by jogging a few miles each week to increase my activity level and stay active while we wait for warmer weather.
