Big Fun! series kick-off success

The first event in our Big Fun! series was a huge sucess this past Saturday. We met in Mills Park in Oak Park for a community art project and morning of outdoor fun.

Before the event, we asked families to create frozen marbles. (Click here for tips on how to create your own) They brought the marbles to the park in coolers on the day of the event and we lined all the frozen creations up and put them on display for everyone to enjoy.

Thanks to the Park District of Oak Park for having us, and to all our readers who came out to meet us.

Keep an eye on ChicagoParent.com for the announcement about our next Big Fun! event.
