This is a fall favorite recipe in our house! Fresh diced apple and pumpkin ingredients scream autumn is here. Have fun apple picking and be sure to save some apples for this healthy and easy-to-make muffin.
They are delicious for breakfast, snack or even dessert.
My kids and I measured and used math skills and also worked their tiny muscles by stirring. No muffin in my house is complete unless chocolate chips are added. These muffins taste so delicious, you do not need the chocolate; however, they go from delicious to decadent with the chocolate chips!
