Get ready for your kiddos to race their hearts out at the ultimate toy car experience.
The Zoom Room at Chicago Children’s Museum is now open! Families will be thrilled to welcome back this special exhibit designed as the dream racing course for their car-obsessed kiddos. Let’s be honest, adults will love to join in on the racing fun too.
The multi-level courses allow guests to test and race the various tracks while learning about basic physics. Kids can test out the loops and dips, experiment with a car’s speed and distance based on a track design and even cause a multi-car collision.
“Children explore science through tactile investigation and discovery,” said Jennifer Farrington, president and CEO of the museum in a statement. “Young children may not be able to explain the abstract principles of acceleration or gravity, but Zoom Room presents an opportunity for children to tangibly test and explore every aspect of physical science.”
Zoom Room will be open through April 21, 2019 and the exhibit is included in museum admission. Tip: Buy your admission tickets online to save $1.
