The Pizza Train is the railroad’s most popular family-friendly ride, offering a scenic two-hour journey through the woods along the Namekagon River. Guests will enjoy pizzas baked right in the dining car while the train makes its way to Bean Creek Trestle. This charming excursion turns a simple weekend road trip into an adventure that the whole family will love.

What riders can expect

The train takes off from N6639 Dilly Lake Road in Trego, Wisconsin, at 11:30 a.m. on Saturdays in January through May. The train ride lasts for two hours and tickets start at $34. The ticket includes a personal-sized cheese, pepperoni or sausage pizza and a beverage of choice.

Additional beverages are available for purchase at the bar. The pizzas are baked directly in the train. Private rooms for groups up to six are offered and traditional open seating is available for any-sized group. During the trip, the train will ride through farm fields, deep woods and the Namekagon River. The train will stop briefly at Bean Creek Trestle.
