Swissôtel brings back its iconic 41st-floor Santa Suite for a 12th year, transforming the Presidential Suite into Santa’s Chicago home-away-from-the-North-Pole. This season’s Global Market Magic theme includes more than 15 decorated trees inspired by international holiday traditions, unlimited hot cocoa and an elf-guided visit with Santa.

Families can book Santa Days (10 a.m.-6 p.m. Nov. 28; 3-6 p.m. Dec. 12) for $60 per person, with children under 2 free. Those looking for a more personalized experience can enjoy a Holiday Traditions private sessions for up to 20 people from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. on select dates, Nov. 29-30 and Dec. 6-7, 13-14, 19-21, with cookie decorating, crafts and Santa’s Post Office included.
