Canada’s largest hotel with many family-friendly amenities

The Chelsea Hotel, Canada’s largest hotel with 1,590 guest rooms, recently renovated. This iconic, upper mid-scale hotel is part of Langham Hospitality Group and offers tons of family-friendly amenities. Steps from shopping, theaters and attractions, you can feel like you’re in the center of it all.

My daughter and I stayed at The Chelsea and loved the plush beds, family pool, and game room. The “Corkscrew” water slide is Toronto’s only indoor waterslide. They have a Family Fun Zone, Kid Centre and Club 33 Teen. There’s also an adult-only fitness center with whirlpool and sauna. Dine in one of the three on-site restaurants. Stay in the Family Fun Suite, which includes two bedrooms, an Xbox and a kids’ creative corner.

Upscale, Harborside Hotel currently undergoing renovations

The Westin Harbour Castle is a lovely waterfront hotel with Heavenly beds, a sunny, heated indoor pool and e-bikes, but please note that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations.

Guests recommend snagging a lakeside room for sweeping views of Lake Ontario. The Westin Harbour Castle is conveniently located near downtown attractions like the CN Tower and Rogers Centre, where the Toronto Blue Jays play baseball. Their pool and hot tub area is adjacent to a sundeck and receives a lot of sunlight.

The Kids Club, which features a movie room with bean bag chairs, board games and craft supplies, is currently closed for renovation. They have a restaurant that serves a breakfast buffet as well as a coffee shop to grab your java in the morning.

Stay in the center of it all, plus swim in an indoor-outdoor heated pool

Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel is located near the entertainment district and major attractions. Recently renovated, it features a new lobby, an indoor-outdoor heated pool and a 2.5-acre outdoor waterfall garden.

Choose from pet-friendly rooms and suites or upgrade to club level, where you’ll have access to the 43rd-floor club lounge, with complimentary hot breakfast and evening appetizers.

Splurge on incredible amenities at a resort-style hotel
