The fun

There’s nothing like good old-fashioned fun and that’s why your family will love our favorite playtime guru, The Playground Games. They will be bringing the fun with three bounce houses (including one just for tiny foodies) and Giant Kick Darts, a 17-foot inflatable dart board new to the Chicago scene.

We also will have a Brooklyn Boulders Climbing Wall, face painting, balloon art and sidewalk chalk decorating.

Chicago Fire soccer play begins at 10 a.m. Saturday; West Loop Soccer play begins at 10 a.m. Sunday.

Kids Dash July 9

All kids racing receive a racing bib, medal, banana and juice box

The divisions are:

Ages 0-1 diaper dash (a 15-foot crawl)

Ages 2-4 20-yard dash

Ages 5-8 50-yard dash

Ages 9-12 ¼-mile dash
