Kids Eat Chicago is a sweet treat

You can keep your Eli’s Cheesecake and your drippy ice cream cones. Chicago’s iconic foodie fest just got a little sweeter, thanks to Kids Eat Chicago, Chicago Parent’s interactive experience just for families.

See you there!

July 8-9

Grant Park, Chicago

Kids Eat Chicago is a two-day event in partnership with Taste of Chicago, held in the heart of Grant Park, the Taste’s home for the past 30-plus years. We’ll have activities galore, from Brooklyn Boulders’ climbing walls to bounce houses, plus music and entertainment from some of our family faves. And while your kiddos are busy having fun, parents can enjoy chef demos from some of Chicagoland’s best, plus healthy living and culinary tips. (We all need help sometimes!)

Then, once you’ve worked up an appetite, chow down in a specially designated family dining station, where we promise no one will bat an eye if Junior squeezes a juicebox down the front of his—or your—shirt.

You’ll also find plenty of stroller parking since the Taste itself isn’t the most stroller friendly, plus a diaper changing zone and charging station.

And yes, we’ll still let you have that cheesecake-on-a-stick; we know you’ve waited all year for it. But just think how much better it will taste topped with some sweet family fun!
