“The Beach Chicago” opens at Navy Pier’s Aon Grand Ballroom on Jan. 19 with a free interactive art experience. More than a million white plastic balls will fill the ballroom—along with umbrellas, deck chairs and other outdoor decor items—to recreate the ultimate beach day.

The touring installation created by New York-based designers Snarkitecture is free and open to the public. So brave the cold this winter and don’t miss your chance to jump into this playful ball pit before it leaves Chicago on Feb. 3.
