While elementary schoolers are encouraged to wear costumes to school on Halloween, toddlers are no longer stuck sitting at home waiting for trick-or-treating to start. Parks departments, play spaces and museums across the Chicago area have parents covered when it comes to entertaining the littlest Halloweenies on the holiday.Â
