Summertime sweat down series: The workout switch up

In this edition of the summertime sweat down, we’re focusing on classes for those restless mamas. The ones that need to spice up their workouts, often. I definitely fall into this camp.

Not to make this all about me, but I have to brag for a moment. Guys, this is huge. I’m Jessie Spano excited! (10 points if you got that reference) I’m only 12 pounds away from my pre-preggo (goal) weight! To say I’m stoked is an understatement. I know my work is still cut out for me and I plan to continue to stay active during the next few months. Although, I know it will be especially hard to stay focused when there are barbecues galore laden with fattening foods and alcoholic drinks.

Whether or not you want to lose weight or just maintain it, these suggestions will help you with keeping fit and healthy all summer long.
