Chicagoween 2008

Celebrate with the whole city! There are many events during the month of October. Join Chicago Parent at the State Street Halloween Happening Parade on Saturday, October 25. After the parade, kids can trick or treat, take in a performance by Midnight Circus and participate in a costume contest at Pumpkin (Daley) Plaza. Admission is free.
