Choose from three grill kits to enjoy on Father’s Day, and all kits come with Clubhouse seasoning and grilling instructions. The Casual Cookout includes four 8-ounce wagyu beef patties with buns and fixings for burgers, five lemon pepper pork sausages with buns and fixings, two 14-ounce bone-in pork chops and two 6-ounce filet mignon. The Backyard Special includes all of the offerings from Casual Cookout plus two 14-ounce NY strips. The Grill Master offers two 14-ounce bone-in pork chops, two 12-ounce filet mignon, two 14-ounce NY strip steaks, and two 20-ounce bone-in ribeyes dry aged for 45 days.

Four grill kits with prepared meats and sides can feed from 4-8 guests. The Ultimate Steak Box includes one each 32-ounce dry-aged bone-in ribeye, 16-ounce dry-aged NY strip, 14-ounce dry-aged ribeye, 16-ounce flanken cut beef short rib, 10-ounce hangar steak and 8-ounce filet, as well as cooking instructions and a pint of chimichurri. The Papi Chulo includes 48-ounce Creekstone dry-aged tomahawk ribeye, smoked salt and chimichurri sauce plus an apron for dad. The Backyard Hero includes a pork shoulder, house spice rum and barbecue sauce, eight servings of slaw, pickles and buns, chimichurri potato salad and instructions with a video. The Mini Manion (also known as Daddy’s Little Helper) includes maximo ribs from Manion’s Time Out Chicago menu, kale salad and feijoada style black beans.

Grill packages for dads include Surf & Turf, Cowboy Up and a Kabob Package, all of which include Geja’s dipping sauces and grilling seasoning as well as a 2-pound pan of fingerling potatoes, four corn on the cob and four veggie kabobs. Surf & Turf includes a 22-ounce cowboy ribeye steak and a 24-ounce lobster tail; Cowboy Up comes with two 22-ounce prime cowboy ribeye steaks; and for kabob lovers, the Kabob Package includes eight kabobs with choice of beef, chicken, shrimp or veggie.
