Egg Hunt at Austin Town Hall Park

Ages 6-12 can take part in an egg treasure hunt, arts and crafts, activities and dancing with the bunny.

The egg hunt will be broken up into three sections divided by age. This event is great for ages 10 and under.

Chicago Kids Company presents The Three Little Pigs at Mayfair Theatre

Easter Egg-Stravaganza Presented by Kinder Joy at Lincoln Park Zoo

The event will include multiple egg hunts for different age groups, photo ops with spring characters, music, games and free rides on the AT&T Endangered Species Carousel and Lionel Train Adventure. New this year is a zoo-wide scavenger hunt, presented by Kinder Joy. Registration required.

Hold a Baby Lamb at Enjoy Pioneer Farm

The farm is open weekends in March, April and May for holding baby lambs, goats, chicks, piglets, calves, bunnies and ducklings. Also, “rent” a chick or duck for two weeks.

Wonderland Egg Hunt at The Preserve of Highland Park

Clayson’s Kids Days at Clayson House Museum

Ages 4-12 can join Clayson House on the second Sunday of every month for a fun event for children. There will be a drop-in craft and you’ll be able to visit with their mascot, Clayson, the Family Dog.

Love, Loss and What I Ate at Mudlark Theater

The Negro Motorist Green Book at Illinois Holocaust Museum & Education Center

This exhibit explains the history of “The Green Book” and includes artifacts from that time period such as images, business signs, postcards and other firsthand accounts.
