Circusville: Play Under the Big Top at Chicago Children’s Museum

Children can join the circus where littles can express themselves, unleash their imaginations, explore their skills, embrace new challenges and shine. Advanced tickets recommended.

Celebrate Black Joy with Nanny Nikki at Rogers Park Branch

Feb. 25, 2024

Ages 2-6 can join Nanny Nikki at Rogers Park Branch for a celebration of Black joy in honor of African American History Month. There will be singing, dancing, puppets and more. Registration required.

Hold a Baby Lamb at Enjoy Pioneer Farm

March 2-May 26, 2024 (Saturdays-Sundays)

The farm is open weekends in March, April and May for holding baby lambs, goats, chicks, piglets, calves, bunnies and ducklings. Also, “rent” a chick or duck for two weeks.

Snowcones with Ana and Elsa at Normandy Park

March 9, 2024

Children of all ages can take part in making snowcones, arts and crafts and a meet and greet with Ana and Elsa. Registration required.

Family Storybook Yoga at the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum

March 10, April 14 and May 12, 2024

Join Buddha Belly Kids Yoga for a storybook yoga class with your family! Families will interact through moving, breathing and connecting while listening to a story. This class is designed for children ages 2-8 years, but all ages are welcome! Advanced registration required.

Paw Patrol Live! “The Great Pirate Adventure” at The Chicago Theatre

March 16-17, 2024

Join Skye, Chase, Marshall and all their heroic pups to save the day and find the pirate treasure before Mayor Humdinger.

Easter Egg Hunt at Oak View Center & Museum

March 23, 2024

The Easter Bunny drops off some fun-filled eggs so kids ages 0-8 can participate in the annual Easter Egg Hunt. The egg hunts will be age-segmented and space is limited. Advanced registration required before March 16, 2024. 

Spring Egg Scramble at Tam Golf Course

March 23, 2024

Ages 1-9 can participate in an egg hunt on the Tam Golf Course. Bring your own basket. Advance registration required. 

Aqua Egg Hunt at Oak Brook Park District Family Aquatics Center

March 28-29, 2024

Kids ages 0-12 can scoop up eggs filled with prizes in the pool. Families are welcome to stay and enjoy the remainder of the 90-minute event as an open swim with the play features.Registration is only for those participating in the hunt.

Bluey x CAMP

May 24-Sept. 28, 2024

Families will open CAMP’s signature Magic Door to reveal Bluey’s home, a 5,000 square-foot space filled with interactive activities, dance parties, games, and a Bluey meet and greet.
