Are your kids obsessed with superheroes and princesses? Then they’ll be excited about this brand new edition of our Chicago Parent Spring Playdate—it’s a Character Bash! Join us on April 28 in Northbrook for the ultimate day of play for families with kids of all ages. In addition to lots of character visits, we’ll have sports thrills, bounce houses, obstacle courses, train rides and more fun activities at every turn.

 

 

You can expect the following characters:

 

    • Snow Queen

 

    • Ice Princess

 

    • American Hero

 

    • American Wonder

 

    • Galaxy Scavenger

 

    • Galaxy Master

 

    • Way Finder

 

    • Sultana

 

    • Frog Princess

 

    • Peppa Pig (11 a.m.-1 p.m.)

 

    • Baby Shark (11 a.m.-1 p.m.)

 

    • Mickey (11 a.m.-1 p.m.)

We encourage everyone to dress up as their favorite characters and look their best for plenty of photo ops. (Not required, of course.)

 

Our favorite playtime guru, The Playground Games, will fill the green turf of Athletico Center with a trackless train, monster truck bounce, giant obstacle course, Connect 4 basketball game and kick darts.

 

Plus, we’ll have tons of hands-on activities for kids and info for parents from our trusted advertisers.

Wake up with a dance party

 

Want to have a head start to the fun? We’ll be hosting a VIK (Very Important Kids) Hour from 9-10 a.m. Wake up with a dance party! You’ll be able to hang out with a few princesses and a superhero in this pre-party event limited to 100 kids. Not to mention, we’ll have special hands-on activities, games and face painting available.

 

$15 in advance only, includes Playdate admission
