Step aboard “Titanic: The Exhibition” at Westfield Old Orchard in Skokie. From May 28, 2024-Feb. 16, 2025, families will have the opportunity to embark on an interactive tour of one of the most captivating shipwrecks of all time.
While exploring the Titanic experience, you also have the option to immerse yourself in the Downtown Abbey exhibition, which is conveniently located at the same venue. Purchase a combo ticket to see both experiences on the same day.

- Parking: Parking is available on the west side of Westfield Old Orchard. The Orange parking deck, Level 3 is closest to the exhibition.

Upon entering the experience, each guest will receive a unique boarding pass that corresponds to a real passenger on the Titanic. As you move through recreations of the ship, you will follow your passenger’s story and discover their fate.
The exhibit features over 300 artifacts from the Titanic, its sister ships and James Cameron’s iconic “Titanic” film. An immersive Discovery Gallery with a raised glass floor will give visitors the sense they are walking on the ocean floor as they view real artifacts from the Titanic shipwreck.

Tips for visiting with kids
- Purchase your tickets online ahead of time to guarantee your spot. Each ticket is good for entry on your selected date and time.
- Not the best planner? That’s okay! Flex tickets allow you to enter at any time on your selected date, which means they’re perfect for families that feel like they’re always struggling to get out the door on time.
- Plan to spend about an hour at the experience.
- The entrance is a bit tricky, it’s located at the old Bloomingdale’s building but you must enter through the mall entrance, nearby Nando’s and Forever 21.
- Strollers are allowed, and restrooms are available on site.
- We recommend the exhibit for older kids who have already watched the “Titanic” movie and are interested to learn more. Perfect for history buffs!
