New Lactation Pod at Wrigley Field Now Open for Nursing Moms

Cubbie fans, rejoice! Breastfeeding moms now have a quiet den to enjoy with their little cub.

Just in time for Mother’s Day, Wrigley Field opened a new lactation pod in partnership with Advocate Health Care. Attendees can use the Mamava suite located near Gate 4 (inside the Gallagher Way entrance). The lockable pod includes two benches, a table, a charging station and an outlet.

“Attending concerts, ballgames and other public events can be stressful for nursing mothers, so we’re proud to team up with the Cubs to offer a quiet suite for moms who are seeking a safe, comfortable, convenient environment to breastfeed or pump,” says Kelly Jo Golson, chief marketing officer of Advocate Aurora Health, of which Advocate Health Care is a part. “It really comes down to our purpose: to help people live well.”

Wrigley Field is joining other local spots like Soldier Field (which debuted its pod last fall) and Navy Pier. You can find other pods in Chicago and across the country at mamava.com/locations.
