Christkindlmarket Brings Back Its Popular Boot Mugs

We know it’s only the beginning of November, but we’re now counting down the days until our favorite holiday market is back.

Christkindlmarket recently unveiled the 2019 design of their souvenir mugs. The popular boot returns with the inside of each market location’s mug featuring a color of the German flag. The Chicago mugs are black, Wrigleyville is red and Milwaukee is yellow.

The individual mugs are available at each respective location or you can buy the three-pack for $20 at any of the markets. Kids will also be delighted to add a new penguin mug to their collection and the penguin’s name is Peppermint. How cute is that?!

Christkindlmarket Chicago returns to Daley Plaza on Nov. 15 and runs through Dec. 24. You can also catch the German Christmas market in Wrigleyville (select days from Nov. 22-Dec. 31) and Milwaukee (Nov. 15-Dec. 24).

For families, kids can pick up their “Kinder Passport” from the information booth at each location. The free passport is filled with coloring pages and riddles, while they collect stamps from different vendor stations. Your little ones will be presented with a special gift if they visit all stations.
