As families are looking for safer ways to entertain kids this summer, here’s a dino-mite activity to enjoy while social distancing.
Dinosaur Adventure Drive-Thru takes families on an interactive tour with 80 life-sized dinosaurs. The dinosaurs will stop at DuPage County Fairgrounds in Wheaton for three weekends from Aug. 21-Sept. 7. While exploring the path, your little paleontologists can also listen to an audio tour to learn more about the prehistoric creatures.
The roaring experience will include a 40-foot Tyrannosaurus rex, 30-foot brachiosaurus, baby dinosaurs and more. Tickets start at $49 per vehicle (up to 8 people) and the tour should last about 30-45 minutes. Tip: Download your audio tour before arriving.
Got a dino-obsessed kid at home? For an additional $29, you can purchase an Adventure Pack, which includes a Dinosaur Adventure backpack, one Dinosaur Adventure kid’s t-shirt, cotton candy and dinosaur-themed activities.
