Watermelon salsa

It takes less than five minutes to whip up this sweet and savory salsa! This is perfect for Cinco de Mayo or summer cookouts.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup watermelon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 avocado, peeled and chopped
  • 1 lime, fresh squeezed juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a bowl.
  2. Stir.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips.
