Strawberry banana cooler

This one’s as easy as it is refreshing: Put delicious things in a blender and mix. For a lower-calorie twist (or to avoid the “kids-on-a-sugar-high” fun that ensues), use Splenda instead of honey.

Ingredients

1 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup sliced starwberries
  • 1/2 banana, cut into chunks (preferably frozen)
  • 1/2 tsp. honey

Directions

Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.Serve immediately.
