Chicago Early Learning is now accepting applications for the 2023-24 school year. There are high-quality early learning programs in every Chicago neighborhood, including free full-day programs for children 5 and younger. Chicago Early Learning programs include CPS Pre-K and Community-Based Preschool and Early Learning, and offer child-friendly spaces, qualified and engaged teachers, individualized attention, and an accredited curriculum. Most Community-Based Preschool and Early Learning Programs offer Head Start and Early Head Start, which provide support like prenatal programs, free health services (medical, dental, mental health), nutritious meals, resources for parents and GED programs.
