Help Others With Our Kind Kid Challenge ‘B-KIND’ Bingo Game

We’re all staying at home to help stop the spread of COVID-19, but what are some other ways we can be kind to our community right now? Families can easily help out at home by taking part in our Kind Kid Challenge “B-KIND” bingo game!

Chicago Parent’s Kind Kid Challenge features 25 acts of kindness to practice during this pandemic, and you can play it all on a bingo card. Challenge your kids to be kind by having them complete some of the following actions:

  • Hang up rainbow art on your window as a sign of hope.
  • Mail paper hearts to your local grocery store.
  • Make a handprint craft for your grandparent or elderly neighbor.
  • Submit a photo “hug” for your health care heroes.
  • Order takeout from a family-owned restaurant.
  • Make a simple bird feeder for your yard.
  • Create a gratitude jar.
  • Do a chore for your parents without them asking.
  • Write a positive chalk message on your sidewalk.
  • Help cook dinner for your family.
  • Make a card for your teacher.

Kids of all ages can play — and win — for being kind with our printable bingo card. For anyone who completes a full line of 5 kindness acts (across a row, down a column or a diagonal line), then they can claim their own Kind Kid Certificate as a prize.

Share how your family is giving back by using our hashtag #KindKidChallenge and you could be featured on our social media pages, too!
