As parents with busy schedules, finding time to take care of ourselves is usually at the bottom of our “to-do” lists. Between work, appointments and the chaos of daily life, moms are lucky if they have a chance to shower in peace. Me-time is super important, though, and helps us function better in every other area of our lives.
With the kids back in school, practice a little self-care at these Chicago-area spots.
