Mane in Heaven is a Difference Maker in a Teeny Tiny Package

It’s hard to believe your eyes the first time you see Mane in Heaven’s miniature therapy horses up close, but a visit with the tiny motivators is something your kids with special needs won’t soon forget.

The nonprofit volunteer-run Mane in Heaven is doing all it can to make sure the potty-trained horses bring happiness, empathy and positive well-being everywhere they go, whether it is to a local hospital, such as Shriners Hospital for Children in Chicago, to the Ronald McDonald House or to events for children with special needs.

They bring an especially important moment of joy, President Dina Morgan says. To donate to support the effort or to host the horses, visit maneinheaven.org.
