Dr. Temple Grandin Teams Up with Chicago Autism Network

Chicago Autism Network’s fall gala has gone virtual this year, but that just means more people have easier access to hear the inspiring keynote speaker, Dr. Temple Grandin, the bestselling author and professor of Animal Science at Colorado State University who has made it her life’s work to speak for those on the autism spectrum. She was diagnosed with autism at age 2 and was nonverbal until 4.

The Sept. 26 gala raises money to help local families who need therapy but can’t afford it. Tickets are $45 available on Eventbrite.
