Ron DeRosa remembers the moment everything changed for him. Up until becoming a father at 39, he stayed on top of his health — daily workouts, steady routines and self-care. However, after his first child was born, the structure he relied on began to unravel; a feeling many parents can relate to.

Ron started out by prioritizing his own well-being. A gym had been a regular part of his routine for the majority of his life but becoming a parent changed that. This frustration, along with his experience in medical technology, ultimately evolved into inspiration.
