The DuPage County Historical Museum opened in 1891 as the Adams Memorial Library and was added to the National Register in 1981. In 1967 the building opened as the DuPage County Historical Museum, and currently exists as a facility of Wheaton Park District. The museum offers personal research, photo and map reproductions, guided tours and birthday parties and also has a museums store with unique gift ideas. Programs are offered each month for all ages.
