Description
This event is a "reverse" parade that consists of musical groups, dance performances, circus acrobats, sports mascots and more. The parade will take place on Russell Drive. Make sure to wear your costume and pick up your goody bag at the end. They will be giving away 2,000 costumes at opening gates for those who need one.
