Timeless Toys will throw a carnival to celebrate its 25th anniversary. A clown, marching band, jugglers, stilt walkers and a unicycle rider are all on the agenda, as well as cake cutting and a proclamation from the alderman. The carnival will include music, games, giveaways, caramel corn, cotton candy and family-friendly activities.
