Description
The Flowers of Monet will feature key examples of the plant life that captured the imagination and inspired the vision and technique of the French Impressionist painter, Claude Monet. Inspired by Monet’s paintings, horticulturists will bring his canvases to life with asters, dahlias, nasturtiums, rose standards, and many other blooms. A living wall inspired by the painter’s Water Lilies series will provide a unique interpretation of his work. The living exhibit will remain open as weather permits and plants remain in good condition.
Event Cost: Free with admission; timed ticket required.
Event Times: 10 a.m.-5 p.m., Wednesday-Sunday, Sept. 5-Nov. 30.
