Buddha Belly Kids Yoga is dedicated to nurturing kids' innate desire for movement and play. Each class centers around a theme and is created with an educator's touch. In storybook yoga, we flow through a sequence of fun and creative poses that embody the story; bringing literature to life. From here, the magic of yoga unfolds.
