Description
The Swedish sandwich is an open sandwich. Whether it’s a simple one enjoyed for breakfast or fika (snack) or a fancy one intended for guest, it is almost always open and stacked. At the April pop-up café, the Swedish American Museum will serve a number of different sandwiches; egg and anchovies, meatballs and beet salad, sausage and cucumber, and cheese (ost fralla).
Event Cost: Museum entrance fee + cost of meal.
