Description
Art du Déplacement and Parkour are art forms in which practitioners use their bodies to interact with and traverse all types of environments while simultaneously focusing on mental and spiritual development. Though kids in grades 5-8 won't be flipping around and jumping off of rooftops, they will overcome physical and mental obstacles, face fears and discover creative and natural human movements in this class. Students will work together competition-free, never giving up and always improving.
Event Cost: $15 per class, $50 per semester
Event Times: Noon-12:45 p.m. Saturdays in May
