Description
Elmhurst History Museum Director Dave Oberg will explain the 19th and early 20th century origins of organized sports in the U.S. This engaging program explores the early history of popular competitive sports, including baseball, football, basketball, volleyball, golf and tennis, as well as the rise of uniforms, mascots and popular sports traditions.
