Description
Bring the kids for balloons, free birthday cake, cool crafts and a giant card to sign. Interact with puppets from My Wonderful Birthday Suit! Playwright and director Gloria Bond Clunie will be on hand to meet children and parents and to host interactive theater activities celebrating Martin Luther King’s birthday and the themes of acceptance he championed. Chicago author Michael Tyler, joined by illustrator David Lee Csisko, will read and sign copies of his children’s book, The Skin You Live In.
